Job Overview:

As a Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery. Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients, you'll manage support tickets, input accountancy codes accurately, and provide essential assistance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
Input accountancy codes accurately and maintain records with precision.
Collaborate with the team to handle low-level technical issues and escalations.
Provide basic training and support to end-users as needed.

Person Specification:

Education and Qualifications:

Previous experience in support roles, preferably with exposure to Oracle Fusion or other ERP systems.
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.

Experience and Knowledge:

At least two years of experience in a support role.
Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, is desirable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Package Details:

Competitive salary up to £45,000 per annum, pro-rata for the 24-month fixed-term contract.
