Indirect Buyer

SF Recruitment are currently partnering with a global , market leading  manufacturing business to recruit an Indirect Buyer. Responsible for a broad range of indirect spend areas across multiple sites nationally. The company are a global leader within their field, offering extensive career progression routes & a hybrid working model.

Duties-

Responsible for procurement of indirect services & materials. Including, but not restricted to: Capex, FM, MRO , PPE 
Work with stakeholders to develop & implement effective strategy for non-production spend.
Drive best cost acquisition of assigned commodities & undertake supplier rationalisation, benchmarking activities.
Develop & lead on cost savings projects within the non-production spend areas.

Skillset Requirements-

Experience managing a range of indirect spend areas within a large, private sector organisation.
Proven ability to work with & influence stakeholders, at various levels, both internally & externally.
Able to manage multiple spend across a multi site remit .
