Senior Marketing & Communications Manager

Fiona Frudd, Head of Marketing at SF Recruitment, drives strategic initiatives that have strengthened SF’s brand and market presence. She oversees marketing, PR, content, and brand development, working with an in-house team and external partners. Fiona played a key role in developing SF’s EVP, ‘multiplied by SF,’ developed the 'Flex for Success' campaign and led the creative direction for a full brand refresh, including two new website launches. Her leadership has more than doubled SF’s LinkedIn following in two years and secured SF’s inclusion in the APPG, making it the only recruitment firm represented. She also leads key partnerships, such as with Working Families, and heads SF's Inspiring Women programme, supporting diversity and inclusion goals. With a leadership style based on trust and flexibility, Fiona empowers her team to excel while fostering creativity. She brings 20 years of experience and a BA Hons Degree in Communication Studies, with a passion for SF’s growth into Europe and expanding the Inspiring Women initiative into STEM Outside of work, Fiona enjoys spending time with her family, eating out, interior design, and dances several times a week for fun and fitness!
