SF Recruitment Wins Prestigious Recruiter Award for 2024
SF Recruitment has been named Recruitment Agency of the Year (100+ employees) at the 2024 Recruiter Awards. The award, which recognises excellence within the recruitment industry, celebrates SF’s exceptional business growth and its positive influence on the sector during a period of evolving workplace trends.
The company stood out among a highly competitive field, including some of the largest firms in the sector. Judges praised SF Recruitment for its ability to "buck the trend" by achieving growth despite industry challenges. Over the past year, the company recorded its third consecutive year of growth, increasing turnover to £25 million and tripling its profitability. The firm also reported a 19% growth in its client base, a 21% expansion of its fee-earning team, and secured its first £500,000 revenue account.
Saira Demmer, CEO of SF Recruitment, commented on the recognition: “We are immensely proud to have been named Recruitment Agency of the Year at the Recruiter Awards 2024. This accolade reflects the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our team in driving the business forward. It is a testament to the talent and passion of our people, who have consistently delivered outstanding results for our clients and candidates. We look forward to building on this success in the future.”
The award also drew praise from SF Recruitment investor, James Caan, who remarked on the firm’s innovative approach. He said, “Winning the Recruitment Agency of the Year award is a testament to your hard work, dedication, and the positive impact you’ve made on our industry. This recognition is about more than just numbers—it’s about the people, culture, and commitment to doing things differently and better every day.”
SF Recruitment has not only demonstrated resilience in a challenging environment but also continued to expand its market presence, with client spend increasing by 10% last year. This award is a clear indicator of the company’s ongoing leadership in the recruitment industry.
